Privacy policy

This page explains what personal information we collect on tech3frontier.com, why we collect it, and how you can ask us about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
This website is operated by Tech3 Frontier Limited, registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (RAK Innovation City freezone), with a representative office in Pune, India.
For privacy questions, email ask@tech3frontier.com.
What we collect
We do not run advertising, analytics, or tracking pixels on this site. The personal information we handle comes from people who choose to contact us.
If you use the contact form, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- your company name, if you give one
- the message you write
When the form is submitted, our server also sees technical details needed to send it safely — for example your IP address, used only for anti-spam rate limiting — and a short-lived security token that proves the form was loaded recently.
If you email us directly, we will have whatever you put in that email.
Contact form — you agree we may communicate with you
Sending the contact form is your agreement that Tech3 Frontier Limited may use the details you submitted to reply to that enquiry and to continue the conversation you started — by email, and only by another channel if you asked us to.
That is not consent for a newsletter, advertising, or unrelated marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry. If a later conversation turns into a project, we will handle that information as part of that work.
You can withdraw this at any time by emailing ask@tech3frontier.com. We will stop further contact, except where we still need a record to show what was asked of us.
Why we use this information
- to read and answer your enquiry
- to keep a record of what was sent, so we can follow up properly
- to protect the form against spam and abuse
- to operate and secure the website
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to profile you for advertising.
Cookies and similar storage
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. We only use storage that is needed for the site to work:
- Form security token — a short-lived value on the contact form so automated submissions can be refused.
- Cookie notice preference — if you tap OK on the notice, we store a flag in your browser (
localStorage) so we do not show it again on every visit. - Hosting and security — our host (Hostinger) and any protection in front of the site (for example Cloudflare’s “checking your browser” step) may set strictly necessary cookies so the page can load and stay available.
Because these are essential to providing the site and the form you asked to use, we do not offer a separate “reject cookies” switch. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask first and update this page.
The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts. That is a request to Google’s servers when you view a page, not a cookie we set ourselves. Google’s own policy applies to that request.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site:
- Hostinger — website hosting
- Proton — email delivery of enquiries to our inbox
- Google Fonts — the fonts used on the pages
They process information only so those services can work. We do not pass enquiry details to advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months, unless a conversation is still active or we need them longer for a legal or accounting reason. Anti-spam logs are kept only as long as they are useful for protecting the form. You can ask us to delete an enquiry earlier.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop using it for further contact
Write to ask@tech3frontier.com. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
This policy is written with the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the transparency expected under GDPR / UK GDPR in mind, because visitors may come from those places. It is a notice about our website — not legal advice, and not a claim that every regime applies to every visitor.
Children
This site is for business contact. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Updates
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
This page describes our current website. It is not a substitute for legal advice. If you need a formal review for a particular jurisdiction, please take that with a qualified adviser.
